Plot: With the mid-renovation appraisal looming, the teams pull out all the stops in order to add as much value as possible during the guest bedroom and landing challenge. At the end of three days, the appraisers return to assess the midpoint prices of the beach houses and determine which team is in the lead to win the $50,000 grand prize
