Plot: With Junior and Senior heading out of town to be on The Tonight Show, Mikey and Vinnie get the opportunity to create their own one-of-a-kind chopper and the good times come to a halt when OCC's new Director of Operations, Keith Quill, expects the bike to be finished in time for a New Orleans bike show around the corner.
