Plot: Nelson calls a strike in Ward 17 which puts everyone under pressure; a pressure which eventually proves to be intolerable and results in a death, and the resignation of Jared. Mitch cops the wrath of a strung out Terri, who gives him an earful for abusing his staff, and Mitch attacks Paula, accussing her of jeopardising a patient's life
