Plot: Alan is joined on the sofa by comedy actress Julia Davis who chats about the DVD release of Hunderby, comedian John Bishop pops by to talk about the DVD of his latest stand-up show Rollercoaster, Mel C, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell join Alan to talk about Viva Forever!, the new musical based around the songs of The Spice Girls; while Rita Ora performs her latest single, Shine Ya Light, live in the studio.
