Plot: Ickis is in the middle of projecting a botched scare on the viewfinder when The Gromble sees something on the screen that makes him turn white as a sheet-- the red delivery van of Dick Jolly of "Jolly Rooter Sewer Service. " Years earlier The Gromble tried to scare Jolly but was thwarted by Jolly's horrible "sewer eater" (the Roto-Rooter machine)
