Plot: Using deepfake technology and content from the NFL Films archives, reconstructions of Raiders owner Al Davis and NFL commissioner Pete Rozelle tell the story of their contentious rivalry, in particular Davis's desire to move his team from Oakland to Los Angeles despite the league's objections.
