Plot: The inhabitants of a decrepit inner-city tenement building are terrified to discover that the malevolent spirit of a former tenant has been summoned when one of the current residents broke an unspoken vow. Now, as demolition day draws near, the enraged entity sets out to cause as much mischief as possible before the wrecking ball strikes
