Plot: The film is the everyday chronicle of the one month long occupation of the Palermo city-hall by 20 families of homeless citizens. While dressing the portrait of a public institution under exceptional circumstances it seizes the opportunity to inquire into the controversial and often ambiguous relations between the citizens and their elected representatives
