Plot: Mon Marquès, a professor, already retired, of pedagogy at the University of Girona continues working, after more than thirty years, in an investigation into the exile of the Spanish Republican teachers. Mon travels from the education system of the second Spanish Republic 1936-39 to today, emphasizing the differences between the Republican educational system and the Franco dictator's system, as well as the repression suffered by these and forced exile to France and Mexico
