Plot: A family's decision to sell its 210-year-old Cape Cod summer home, which has seen five generations of the family pass through its doors, spurs one of its members, filmmaker Nick Fitzhugh, to preserve the memories it holds for future generations; and, too, to ask whether a family makes a house or if the house makes the family.
