Plot: The camera's eye accompanies the successful Austrian author Josef Winkler and the audience in a poetic road movie, jumps in clips and reverse angles from the 'hallowed stable' in a Carinthian mountain village to the banks of the Ganges, and immediately afterwards to the foot of Popocatepetl, experiencing a volcanic eruption.
