Plot: Through the adventures of an allegedly insane man named Watmo, we're brought into the abyss of a society not caring enough for its mentally challenged. One day, Bakti, one of the administrational chairpersons of the neighbourhood suggests bringing Watmo to a mental institution in the suburb
