Plot: Made in 1969, a year after the student protests, the film presents a public speaking competition: delivery of dramatic exerpts from Conrad's novel by students of law gives rise to reflection on a dilemma to be resolved by the people in important official positions, those who make decisions that can have an effect on the people's lives.
