Plot: 1996's “Ouch Television My Brain Hurts” is the first in a series of “TV Carnage” video collages wherein a mentally ill boy painstakingly manipulates the controls of two junked VCRs, and converts hundreds of hours of terrible television into 72 minutes of comedy gold.
