Bio: Valdeko Ratassepp (September 3, 1912 Ropka - February 10, 1977 Tallinn) was an Estonian actor.
In 1932 he graduated from Hugo Treffner Gymnasium, from 1932 to 1937 (he graduated) he studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu, a member of the EÜS Association
